The Levels Explained

Classes are divided into 5 levels of difficulty, from Beginners to Level 4.

Beginners: A class aimed at people totally new to Pilates or for those who want to go right back to the fundamentals.

Level 1: For those who have done at least one term of beginners.

Level 2: For those who have done at least one term of level 1.

Level 3: Starts to introduce the harder classical Pilates exercises.

Level 4: An advanced class aimed at those who can do classical Pilates.

Combined Classes (Level 1 to 2 etc.): These classes are open to people from either level and are a great way to make the transition from one level to another.

Cost: All Pilates classes are £117 for the 13-week term. There is a £4.00 booking fee per block of classes if you book online using a credit or debit card.

Bookings: To book see the Bookings/Contact Us page

Policies

Making Up Classes: We are one of the few Pilates organisations that does allow you to make up classes you have had to miss. We understand life if busy! Please attend the class you have booked for unless it is unavoidable. Those who have booked a space in a particular class have priority, so the facility is subject to space availability. Missed classes cannot be carried over into another term.

Refunds: Class bookings are non-refundable.

"Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness. In order to achieve happiness, it is imperative to gain mastery of your body. If at the age of 30 you are stiff and out of shape, you are old. If at 60 you are supple and strong then you are young."
